The location was perfect, with easy access to Camden and other popular areas of London. The staff made me feel right at home and were cute. The food at the pub was a good surprise, especially enjoying dumplings in bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great cooling options. I also loved the bathrobes and the quietness of the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, being very close to Warren St and Euston underground stations. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit London attractions. Despite its central location, we were kinda surprised by how quiet the hotel was compared to other hotels in downtown. The room was spacious and clean, with nice details such as complimentary water, chocolate, and a coffee machine. The bathroom was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff provided really good customer service, and we were amazed by their attention to detail. The WiFi connection was excellent, and we appreciated the added bonus of having Netflix available.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, with both Warren St and Euston underground stations nearby. It was so convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, decorated nicely, and spotlessly clean. We loved the little extras like the welcome drink and the high-quality tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was large with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the two outside terraces where we could relax and have a drink. a great experience!
Highly recommended for family and friends.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to three subway stations: Warren St, Euston, and the close proximity to Oxford Street. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and equipped with modern facilities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, offering complimentary drinks upon arrival.
The water pressure in the showers could use improvement.
